For thousands of years, humans have gathered to hear stories, around fires, in theatres, in halls. But in the age of headphones, storytelling has become a private, isolating experience, especially for blind and visually impaired people, for whom there’s no easy way to enjoy a night out at the cinema or storytelling as a group.

 

We’re reimagining the cinema as a place where sound takes centre stage and everyone is part of the experience. Our immersive listening events bring together blind and visually impaired people, transforming community spaces and cinemas into vibrant, social hubs of shared storytelling.
